We no longer provide live phone support, however you are welcome to contact us and leave a voicemail. We will respond to you by email within a 24 hour period, unless you contact us after hours on Friday, then we will contact you on Monday.

As of July 17, 2014 we will be shipping all packages twice a week. Packages will leave our new Florida based warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Same-day/Next-day shipping can be arranged when you need it. Just notify support by forwarding your sales receipt when it arrives in your inbox after you place your order. If your email is received by 1:00 pm EDT then it can be shipped the same day that you ordered. If it arrives after 1:00 PM EDT, then it will be shipped the next day. (It will still be shipped by whatever method you chose, this is just to ensure that you do not have to wait til our regular shipping days if that is not workable for you).
