Affiliate Sign Up Instructions
Thank you for signing up as an Affiliate of First Class MLM Tools!  The Affiliate Sign Up is available so you can refer people to the firstclassmlmtools.com/shop.  This affiliate program is exclusively for the shop and it doesn't include information or instructions for your Brilliant Prospector Affiliate Program.  That is a separate program.   To assist you in locating your affiliate information and in gaining access to the resources you need, please review the information below.   After signing up as an affiliate, you are automatically logged in. However, if you should need to log in or out for any reason, you can do either of the following:
  • You can log into the Affiliates Lounge directly from the main menu of the website: https://firstclassmlmtools.com/affiliates-lounge/.
  • You can select the Affiliates Lounge from the Affiliate drop down menu and entering your username and password.
  Everything you need for the affiliate program is contained in your lounge.
  • Your Links are under the Affiliate Links tab.  Note that you have two choices, choose whichever link you prefer.
  • By clicking on the Embedding Links tab, you will receive the code required to embed them on a website of your choice.
  • Clicking on the Banners Tab, you’ll be given the option of Vertical, Horizontal or Square banners to choose from.
  • Select your choice by clicking on the radio button and the menu will open up to display all the banners that are available to you. Your code and instructions will also be displayed.
  • Click on Earnings, Stats or Reports to see how you are doing.

How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
The program is powered by one of the most comprehensive Affiliate Software Programs available, "Affiliates".  We chose it because it is reliable and accurate. Affiliates uses a combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, the affiliate system checks for the cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account with commission. This process is absolutely automatic. All of your referrals will be properly tracked. One of the more exciting features of Affiliates is that it remembers your referral in future visits even if he didn't use your link.  He can come to the site with your link, and then come back numerous times, visit numerous pages, buy as many products as he likes and you will always get credit for the sale.---

Oh no! We're sorry to hear something didn't quite go right when the order was placed so that the commission could be recorded. We'll be happy to manually add a commission to your account. Please send us the affiliate link used for this "missing" sale.  Our staff will test the link to ensure sales are being recorded correctly, and to prevent this from happening in the future. 2. I see unpaid commissions showing. When will I be paid?
Since we offer refunds for customers who return products or cancel a subscription, commissions are paid between 45 to 75 days from the purchase of the product. For example, commissions for March will be paid in May; commissions for April will be paid in June and so on.---
Paypal payments cannot be received in my country. How can I get paid?
Unfortunately, PayPal is the ONLY way we pay our affiliates.  We do not offer any other forms of payment options to send commissions.---
Do I have to pay a monthly fee to become and Affiliate?
There is no cost or monthly subscription price to join our affiliate program. It is free to join.  Additionally, you do not have to be a customer or a subscriber of our site to be an affiliate. Our affiliate program is open to anyone who wants to make some money promoting and referring Tim Sales' professional tools and resources.---
My website will not accept ad codes for banners. How do I get the image only for banner ads?
There is an easy work-around for this. Step 1. In order to get just the banner image (no HTML banner code), hover your mouse over the image you want to use. Step 2. Right click and chose"Save As." Step 3. Upload the image to the site where you want the image to appear.---
Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines?
YES! You can promote us through pay-per-click search engines. In fact, this type of promotion becomes increasingly popular and we are aware of several affiliates promoting our products in this way and making a very good profit. When will my order ship?
As of July 17, 2014 we will be shipping all packages twice a week.  Packages will leave our new Florida based warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Same-day/Next-day shipping can be arranged when you need it. Just notify support by forwarding your sales receipt when it arrives in your inbox after you place your order.  If your email is received by 1:00 pm EDT then it can be shipped the same day that you ordered. If it arrives after 1:00 PM EDT, then it will be shipped the next day.  (It will still be shipped by whatever method you chose, this is just to ensure that you do not have to wait until our regular shipping days if that is not workable for you).      ---
When will my order arrive?
International Orders If your order was shipped outside of the United States, please click here for delivery estimation information. Orders Shipped Within the United States If your order was shipped within the United States you can use the following guidelines: UPS Ground: If you selected UPS Ground shipping, your order should arrive within three to seven business days depending on your location.  You can use your tracking number and track the package to see the estimated delivery date and current delivery status. First Class Mail: First Class Mail orders have an estimated delivery date of three to seven business days. Priority Mail:  Priority Mail is generally delivered within three to four business days. How about Alaska and Hawaii? All Alaska and Hawaii deliveries must be shipped using 2nd Day or Next Day airmail if shipping with UPS, or First Class Mail or Priority Mail with the USPS.   UPS Ground service and 3rd Day are not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I track the progress of my package?
If you selected UPS or Priority Mail for your shipping method, your package will be issued a tracking number upon shipping. Your tracking number and carrier name will be sent via e-mail after your order has been shipped. You may track it's progress online on the carrier's website using the clickable link within the shipping confirmation email. If you selected First Class Mail for delivery, this service does not have a tracking number.  If your package was sent using First Class Mail to an address in the United States, you can expect it to arrive within three to seven business days. If your package was sent via First Class Mail to an international location please click here for delivery time estimation. If your package was sent via UPS or Priority Mail and you do not have a tracking number, send an email to support@firstclassmlmtools.com.  Provide your name and order number and we'll promptly email you the tracking number.---
How is shipping calculated?
All shipping rates are calculated by package weight and the state and/or country the package will be delivered to. All shipping zones are determined by your zip/postal codes. We do not add a handling fee to your shipping amount.  We pass the direct shipping cost from USPS or UPS to you, without any padding or extra fees. We know every penny counts and this is one way we can say "Thanks for shopping with us" to our valued customers. ---
I can't log in to the Member's Area
The Member's Area of FirstClassMLMTools.com is a convenient area for customers to keep and store all digital  and streaming files that are included with a purchase. Items such as PDF files, video files, and audio files that are part of a product or included as a bonus are all stored in the Member's Area for your convenience. The Member's Area does NOT have any record-keeping functions like storing and saving receipts and purchase/order history. With that in mind, please note the following: 1. A "log in" is not required or necessary to place an order. If you want to make an order just add the items to the shopping cart and check out. The process has been simplified for easy and fast check out. 2. If you have purchased a digital or streaming  product, or received a digital/streaming item as a bonus, we encourage you to download and save all files. However, for your convenience, all digital files issued to you will always be stored in the "Member's Area" so that you can easily access them when needed. 3. The email you used to place an order associated with a digital file or your streaming product is your USERNAME to log into the Member's Area. 4. I'm confused about all of the accounts I have with you. How do I keep them all straight?
In some cases you may have up to four separate accounts. The reason for this is because we have four completely different and unique websites. 1. Log in is needed if you have purchased digital content and would like to download and/or access the digital content in your account. To login you need your username and password. 2. Brilliant Prospector Online https://www.promarketingsystem.net/BrilliantHome.aspx This subscription service gives you access to the online videos "Brilliant Compensation," "What the Wealthy Buy on PayDay" and a prospecting website on the domain www.ExploreFreedom.com, as well as a multitude of training materials and bonuses. To log in you will need your email address used at the time of sign up and a unique pass code (a number sequence) 3. First Class MLM Leads https://www.firstclassmlmleads.com/index This is our website for high-quality, cost effective leads. When you make your first lead purchase, you will be issued a username and password. These are then used to login to your account each time you visit the site. 4. A few of Tim Sales' resources and training materials have been translated into various languages.  Here is a current list of products that are available in different languages: If we currently do not offer a product in your language you are welcome to submit a language request via email to support@firstclassmlmtools.com.  In this message state what specific tools you are interested in and the language you're requesting. Please Note: All language requests are compiled and submitted to the product development manager on our team.  We can not guarantee that your language request will be granted.  Creating a product in a new language requires a large and expanding market of network marketers that would purchase the translated materials.  Language requests received help us to gauge the demand for a certain language.---
General Customer Service: I Love Tim's Training But I Need To Know What To Study First?
We often get the question: "I'm new to you and your teachings. I am looking at your site and just don't know what product to start my training. Could you give me your recommendation on the best way to learn what you teach?  Thank you" There is no right or wrong sequence to learn Tim's teachings. However, read on for more information so you can decide where you would like to begin or pick up where you may have left off:

Where to Start your M.L.M. Training

Short Answer You can learn Tim’s teaching in any order YOU wish. Our store contains all of Tim’s training and training by others that Tim has approved. Long Answer As a guide to understanding the sequence to learning Tim’s teaching, here is a bit of background on Tim’s creation of the training materials: In 1996, Tim discovered that the M.L.M. Industry needed a Public Relations Ambassador. In being the Public Relations Ambassador, Tim was going to be a “servant of the M.L.M. industry.” From this point, Tim developed a plan to improve the public relations of the M.L.M. industry. The plan had several phases. Phase One In the first phase, Tim created Brilliant Compensation. In this video, he explains the industry in the same way he had been explaining it to his prospects. Since he had been successful with his explanation, he decided to share this information in the video.  He also created a second presentation called What the Wealthy Buy on PayDay which explains in very simple terms how to create wealth on any income, and was designed for his prospects who didn't have a lot of business or entrepreneurial experience. Phase Two In the second phase, Tim set out to train the industry. Tim firmly believes that sponsoring distributors without training them will just sour the public perception of the industry. One of the largest subjects of training that is often missing in training is communication. This essential topic is critical for effectively communicating with prospects. So, Tim produced to teach distributors the finer details of how to invite prospects to look at their business or product while also building the public relations value. Distributors who do not learn and use Professional Inviter, tend to aggressively push content on their prospects and push them away. On the other hand, when these same distributors start using the techniques they learn in Professional Inviter, their results significantly improve and so did the public relations. Then, as time went on, network marketers started to submit questions in order to get a better understanding of the training in Professional Inviter. Tim would often clarify through newsletters and monthly conference calls. These newsletters and conference calls resulted in the creation of other products.   1. Watch the Brilliant Compensation DVD and What the Wealthy Buy on Payday DVD.   Or, take advantage of the online versions of both presentations available in out prospecting system:  Brilliant Prospector.
  2. Get Professional Inviter. Listen several times through. If you are having difficulty remembering the steps, or find that you are not getting results.
  3. Get Brilliant Communicator with the Workbook. Do all of the lessons.
  4. Get Hot Prospecting Tips. These are small lessons that can be done in a day or two.
  5. Get Performance Tracker. Listen to it and get to work - By filling out one page every day, you should start to see results. If you don't, you will be able to see where you are having difficulty and then you can go back and study that area again.
The next area of study you should undertake is Professional Presenter, which is all about how to present network marketing to your prospects. In conclusion, you can come up with your own road map for training, or you can follow Tim's suggested training outline.  ---
