International Orders: The delivery time has exceeded the estimated delivery time and I still don’t have my order
If your International order has not been delivered yet please review the following BEFORE contacting Customer Support.
1. Review the estimated shipping time.
Depending on the shipping method you selected, the US Postal Service provides the following estimations for delivery time to International locations:
First Class Mail Estimated Time to Deliver:
Canada/Europe: 12-14 business days*
Central and South America: 3-6 weeks*
Asia: 3-6 weeks*
Africa and other remote areas: 3-8 weeks*
Priority Mail Estimated Time to Deliver:
Canada/Europe: 6-10 business days*
Central and South America: 6-10 business days*
Asia: 6-10 business days*
Africa and other remote areas: 6-10 business days
*These times represent the length of time it takes for USPS to deliver your package to the custom’s office in your country. Remember all times are approximate and every country’s customs office and the USPS will not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
2. Orders shipped with the US Postal Service will be delivered to you via your local post office or mail office. Please check with your local mail office to see if your package is at your local mail office and is waiting for pick up. Sometimes a post office will “hold for pick up” and not notify their customers the package is there.
3. Depending on where your ship to destination is your order could be waiting to pass through customs. Every country’s customs office rules and processing times are different. Contact your country’s customs department to get additional information.
If your order has exceeded the estimated shipping time based on the criteria listed above and you have not received your order please contact Customer Support and provide the following:
- Your Name
- Shipping Address
- Order Number
- Date Ordered
A staff member will look into the shipping information and details and determine what the correct course of action to take, to ensure you receive your order.
